Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager – Accounts Payable & Receivable to oversee the company’s day-to-day AP and AR operations, ensuring timely payments and collections, accurate reconciliations, and proper accounting records.
The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on experience in managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions,



ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
Monitor vendor and customer balances, follow up on outstanding payments and receivables, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Review and verify invoices, supporting documents, debit/credit notes, and payment requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Ensure timely bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve accounting and payment-related issues.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including provisions, outstanding entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements related to AP and AR.
