Maintain good relationships with clients and provide regular project updates

- Understand client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
- Follow up with clients on their queries, requests and concerns
- Collect client feedback and share it with the concerned teams
- Support client onboarding and maintain communication throughout the project
- Coordinate with Sales, Design & Project teams for smooth client handling
- Maintain records of client conversations, feedback and resolutions
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate important issues when required
- Identify opportunities to introduce relevant products/services to existing clients
- Proactively identify potential issues and help resolve them before they become major concerns
