Roles And Responsibilities - CAD Engineer

- Computer skills – MS office, Auto cad.
- Time study, Line balancing, Efficiency improvement.
- Knowledge of W/H Manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan.
- Preparation of plant layout as per the manufacturing sequence.
- Calculation of standard time based on the customer data.
- Capacity Analysis based on the customer demand.
- Product realization.
- ECN Implementation.
- Development of required tooling for project implementation.
- Co-ordination will team for project implementation.
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials preparation.
- Project planning & implementation.
- Preparation of reports (Daily, Monthly).
- Knowledge of budget.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SPC.
- Knowledge on VA/VE Activities.
- Knowledge of quality basic tools.




- Basic knowledge on SAP

Qualification

- Diploma – min 6 – 10 years

B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical - Min 3 - 5 years’ experience in manufacturing Industry
