Job Title: AI Engineer

Location- Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer to build and scale next-generation, AI-driven applications. You will bridge the gap between data science and core software engineering. Your main job is to take machine learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs), optimize them, and integrate them smoothly into robust production systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Development: Build scalable AI applications, features, and workflows using modern AI frameworks and APIs.
- Model Integration: Integrate machine learning models, generative AI, and LLMs into existing software platforms.
- Data Pipelines: Collect, clean, and prepare data inputs, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases for semantic search.
- Deployment & MLOps: Deploy AI models into production environments and set up pipelines for continuous monitoring, latency reduction, and reliability.
- Optimization & Testing: Evaluate model performance, tune parameters, and execute prompt engineering to maximize accuracy and safety.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software developers,



data scientists, and product managers to align AI features with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with software design principles.
- AI/ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face ecosystem, and LangChain/LangGraph or similar orchestration tools.
- Contemporary AI Tech: Understanding of transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
- Engineering & APIs: Experience building RESTful APIs, working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and managing CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of overall software development experience, with at least 2+ years focused specifically on building production-grade AI or machine learning systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
