We’re looking for someone who can define and protect the visual identity of the game while helping other artists consistently execute against it.

We need someone who can

- Establish a clear visual direction and art bible
- Give specific, actionable feedback
- Maintain consistency across 2D, 3D, environments, characters, UI, lighting, and presentation
- Understand what is achievable within our team size and production constraints
- Work closely with design and production rather than treating art as a separate department
- Make decisions when several visually appealing directions are competing

Requirements

- At least one published/shipped game in a qualified art role

Great to have

- Worked on at least one game with Unity as its development engine
- A background in 2D previsualization A note on applying
