Role Description This is a full-time, in office Area Sales Manager role based in Nagpur.

The Area Sales

Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, including planning and executing sales strategies for Zero Technology’s product portfolio. The role involves managing and supporting distributors, dealers, and franchise partners, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring achievement of volume and revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include market visits, lead generation, relationship building with retail and channel partners, and competitor and market analysis.

The Area Sales

Manager will also coordinate with marketing, supply chain,



and customer support teams to ensure product availability, promotional activities, and high service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in territory management, channel sales, and dealer/franchise network development.
- Experience in consumer durables or home appliances sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and basic data analysis for performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to conduct regular field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and mobile-based reporting applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and local languages relevant to the Nagpur region; willingness to travel within the territory as required.
