Area Sales Executive EVA Sheets

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Area Sales Executive with strong experience in EVA Sheets and Foam Products. The candidate will be responsible for developing the EVA market, managing B2B customers, generating new business and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- EVA Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of EVA sheets, rolls, blocks and foam products by identifying new customers and developing existing business.
- Footwear & Industrial Sales: Develop business with footwear manufacturers, sole manufacturers, traders, distributors and other industrial buyers requiring EVA products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers to generate repeat and long-term business.
- Market Expansion: Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the assigned territory.
- Dealer & Distributor Management: Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors and EVA traders to increase market reach and sales volume.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets through consistent customer acquisition and order generation.
- Product Understanding: Understand customer requirements related to EVA sheet density, hardness, thickness, colour, size and application,



and coordinate with the concerned teams for fulfilment.
- Negotiation & Order Closure: Handle customer enquiries, quotations, price negotiations, order finalisation and regular follow-ups to convert leads into business.
- Collection Management: Follow up with customers for timely payments and ensure business is conducted within approved credit terms.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, products, customer demand and market trends and provide regular feedback to management.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, order status and regular sales reports for management review.

Required Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduate in any discipline. Qualification in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical Engineering or related field will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 7–8 years of sales experience specifically in EVA Sheets / EVA Foam / EVA Products.
- Strong B2B/industrial sales experience with an established network in the EVA/footwear industry.
- Experience handling footwear manufacturers, EVA traders, dealers, distributors and industrial customers will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management and business development skills.
- Should be target-oriented and willing to travel extensively.
- Personal vehicle is mandatory.
