Please find below the Ideal Candidate profile for Deputy Area Manager (DAM) role:

· Education – Min should be Graduate. DIPLOMA will not be considered





· Should not be in a team handling role since this is an individual role wherein employee is expected to recruit the Part Time Agents called – IM

· Must know the basics of recruitment and should understand the local market at least.

· Local candidate would only be preferred

· Min experience of 2-3 yrs. (DAM) in channel like Agency, CABC, APC, IMF.

· Age- Max 36-38 yrs. for DAM
