Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Responsible for acquisition of BFLs CD dealers and deepening the relationship for the following Pre-approved products a.Revolving Line of credit b.LAP, HL,

c.LAP/HL Flexi loans d.Business Loans

2.Responsible for delivery of annual operating plan across the following metrics:

a.Maintain regular customer connect b.To complete renewals on time.

c. Loan book size, higher utilisation d.Portfolio credit quality (i.e.

Delinquencies

Cost of Credit)

e.Interest Spreads f.

Cross

Sell g.Healthy portfolio mix

3.Develop annual account plans for Retailers

4.Effective monitoring, tracking and closing exceptions, deferrals and deviations.





5.Delinquency management and taking steps for early recovery from overdue customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

"1.CA/MBA Finance with 4-6 years of relevant lending experience.

2.Should have a strong entrepreneurial competency

3.Should possess good communication and inter personal skills with an ability to work in multi-tasking environment

4.Experience in SME lending/mortgages will be an added advantage.

5.Should possess entrepreneur skills.

6.High level of integrity and dependability with solid sense of urgency and result orientation

7.Result orientation and problem solving approach."
