Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Digital Ad Sales & Business Development (Branding) to drive revenue growth through key enterprise accounts and new client acquisitions. The role demands strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in the mobile digital advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of key and enterprise accounts across multiple business units.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and digital agencies.
Drive branding and performance revenue by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory.
Achieve sales targets through a strong focus on client retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Own the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pitching to campaign execution and closure.




Create compelling proposals and client presentations, clearly showcasing brand visibility and impact within the mobile digital ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal campaign performance.
Be proactive, outspoken, and creative in identifying new ideas to enhance customer experience and service standards.
Provide continuous market and client feedback to support product innovation and optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in sales and business development within digital media, mobile advertising, ad tech, publisher networks, or technology-driven companies.
Strong understanding of mobile branding and performance advertising solutions.
Established relationships with digital agencies and key decision-makers (preferred).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up or entrepreneurial setting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
