Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to manage Agile delivery across cross-functional technology teams. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing risks and dependencies, coaching teams, and ensuring predictable and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Drive sprint execution, release planning, and delivery tracking.
Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
Manage Jira/Confluence, sprint boards, backlogs, and delivery metrics.
Track velocity, capacity, throughput, predictability, and burndown.
Prepare delivery status reports and executive-level updates.




Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
Support roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, and Agile maturity initiatives.

Required Skills
7+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Kanban.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience in Sprint/Release Management, Risk & Dependency Management, and Agile Metrics.
Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with distributed/global teams.

Preferred
CSM / PSM / Secure certification.
Experience with Cloud, Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Infrastructure, Analytics, or Network Services.
Healthcare/Life Sciences experience is an advantage.
