AI & Automation Solutions Developer

Location: Portugal / Poland / Costa Rica

Reports to: Product Owner / Chief Architect

Role Overview





We are looking for a motivated Solutions Developer to join our Product team responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting cloud-based Contact Center and AI solutions built on Amazon Connect and AWS.

This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who enjoys problem-solving, software development, cloud technologies, and Artificial Intelligence. You will work alongside senior engineers, solution architects, and product owners to deliver cutting-edge customer-facing capabilities including AI Agents, conversational AI, automation, voice translation, analytics, and core system integrations.

The Role Is Approximately
