About The Job

As a Sr. ETL Developer – IBM CP4D, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL processes using IBM CP4D and DataStage. You will work closely with business teams, data modelers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements and build efficient data integration solutions.

The role involves developing ETL workflows, implementing source-to-target mappings and transformation logic, handling large data volumes, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and quality of data pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with IBM CP4D/DataStage, ETL development, SQL, DB2, and Unix scripting, along with a positive understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

Design and develop CP4D/DataStage jobs to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.
Develop scalable ETL workflows to process large volumes of structured and semi-structured data.
Collaborate with business teams and data modelers to understand ETL requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop mapping documents and transformation rules based on source-to-target requirements.
