Key Responsibilities

Promote and communicate Muskan Foundation’s mission, programmes, and impact to donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with individual, institutional, and corporate donors.
Identify and research potential donors, foundations, CSR opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Support the development and implementation of fundraising, partnership, and outreach strategies.
Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities to achieve organisational targets.
Develop fundraising proposals, concept notes, presentations, reports, and outreach materials.
Maintain an updated donor database, record contributions, and ensure proper documentation and tracking.




Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives with CSR partners.
Coordinate and engage with volunteers and interns supporting fundraising and outreach activities.
Ensure that donor reports and other compliance documents are prepared accurately and submitted within stipulated timelines.
Coordinate with the Finance and Programme teams for donor reporting, documentation, and audits.
Represent the organisation professionally in meetings and interactions with donors, CSR partners, foundations, and other external stakeholders.
