We

are looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Test Engineer with strong

expertise in Python and Selenium. The ideal candidate should have a solid

understanding of object-oriented programming, test automation frameworks, and

software testing principles. This role requires excellent communication skills,

a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams, including developers and clients.

Roles And Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python (OOP

concepts) and Pytest with Selenium.

Analyze functional and technical requirements to create comprehensive and

effective test scenarios and test cases.

Execute automated and manual tests, identify defects, and perform root cause

analysis.

Collaborate closely with developers and team members to debug issues and

ensure timely resolution.

Actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and demonstrate a

proactive approach to problem-solving.

Review test cases, identify gaps or inconsistencies,



and provide constructive

feedback for improvements.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity in

requirements, issues, and deliverables.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially AI-driven testing

approaches, and quickly adapt to new tools and methodologies.

Ensure high-quality deliverables by following best practices in testing,

automation, and documentation.

Required Skills

Robust proficiency in Python with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Hands-on experience with Pytest and Selenium for test automation
Good understanding of software testing principles, debugging, and defect

management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with team members,

developers, and clients

Highly proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies including

AI
