Paliath Interiors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced quantity surveyor to join our dynamic team in Bangalore . As a quantity surveyor you will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects. They primarily estimate and monitor project costs, from the early design to the final construction stages Quantity surveyors monitor ongoing construction projects and ensure they are completed within the projected budget and schedule. They work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure a project is cost-effective and meets quality standards
Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential customers
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns




Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' products
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales role within the adhesives or related manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Willingness to travel extensively to client factories.
Well skills in Prospecting, Product Knowledge, and leadership skills
Salary 20 to 25 thousand per month
Communication English is must and should speak in the local language of the city or start hiring for.
