About the Job:
As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for bringing engagement and customers to the two spa outlets inside the Shiv Niwas Palace and the Jag Mandir Island Palace at Lake Pichola. Udaipur Palace complex is the most visited place in Udaipur. Your job is to tie-up with various small hotels around the palace, travel agencies and guides for sending guests to our wellness outlet. This association can happen through offering required discounts or offers to their guests, or offering revenue sharing/commission to the desired parties. Several of such hotels don’t have this kind of luxurious spa and wellness facilities, it will be in their interest to send guests to us to enhance their stay experience in Udaipur. The same services could be a part of travel itineraries offered by the travel agents and guides.
We also need to ensure that there is enough visibility in the Palace premises to promote walk-ins at the wellness outlets. Simultaneously, help the spa team with the QUALITY & OPERATIONS of the outlet by manning it from time to time.
Timings-you will work in the main shift and travel to these associations and hotels in the radius of 4 km; sign simple MOUs about this association on guest delight for wellness services. Depending upon how busy the place gets, you might have to stretch your shifts or change your timings to suit significant events or guest interactions, and you will have the flexibility of adjusting those hours during overlapping with other supervisors and staff on other days as long as somebody’s presence and operations are aligned.
Revenue-achieve the targeted revenue by ensuring relevant branding of the spa within the palace (like lobby, rooms and other places of walk-in). Strategic tie-ups with travel agents, wedding planners, event managers, taxi union
