Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Full Stack .NET Developer

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient developer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves working on a Dynamics 365-based project that includes custom pages for inquiry screens, order management, claim management, and field service operations.

Key Responsibilities
Own the technical solution and provide clear technical direction to the development team.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for project-level technical discussions.
Ensure technical decisions are aligned with business requirements, architecture standards, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Proactively identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Mentor developers and improve the overall technical capability of the team.
Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and team guidance.
Ensure that delivered solutions meet defined quality, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
Requirements




7 to 10 years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET Core, C#, React, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise application integration.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, plugins, Power Pages, Power Automate, security, integrations, and solution management.
Strong development experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, React, JavaScript, and Entity Framework Core.
Hands-on experience designing integrations between Dynamics 365, .NET applications, Azure services, and external systems.
Solid understanding of Azure architecture and experience working with Azure Functions, Storage, App Service, and Logic Apps.
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and ALM processes using Azure DevOps.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, object-oriented programm
