Role Summary:
We are looking for a Manager, Health Education & Client Management to design and deliver impactful health education initiatives while building robust, lasting client relationships. This role bridges clinical knowledge and client engagement to drive satisfaction and retention.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Nutrition, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct health education programs, workshops, and awareness initiatives for clients
Manage client relationships, satisfaction, and overall experience
Coordinate consultations, follow-ups, and client engagement activities
Prepare educational materials, presentations, and program reports
Translate clinical and scientific information into clear,



accessible guidance for clients
Track client feedback and implement improvements to enhance experience
Support business growth through client retention, referrals, and program participation
Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to align messaging and content

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of nutrition, wellness, and preventive healthcare concepts
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Ability to simplify complex health/scientific topics for a general audience
Client relationship management and customer service orientation
Program planning and content development skills
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for materials and reports
Empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Zoho & other CRM tools is an advantage
