About the Role
MHC Global is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing team's campaigns, content, and lead generation efforts. We are looking for someone with at least one year of hands-on experience in Google Ads/Meta Ads handling who wants to build a well-rounded marketing career across social media, content, SEO basics, and AI-assisted marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search channels.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn and other accounts as well.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and basic graphics, using tools like Canva and AI content or image generators.
• Assist with lead generation across social channels, email,



and outbound outreach.
• Support basic SEO tasks: keyword research, on-page checks, and content updates.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools such as GA4, GSC and native platform insights, and help compile performance reports.
• Stay current on digital marketing and AI tool trends, and bring new ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working familiarity with at least two platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Mailchimp.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva AI as part of a daily workflow.
