Must-Have Criteria

Strong managerial and leadership capabilities with proven experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Experience managing multi-region or multi-state sales operations with responsibility for achieving business growth and revenue targets.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales conversion, improve market penetration, and consistently deliver growth.

A core sales qualified with hands-on experience throughout the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to customer acquisition, negotiation, closure, and account management.

Educational background in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field is preferred. Candidates from other backgrounds with relevant industrial/B2B sales experience may also be considered.

Experience selling products relevant to the construction, infrastructure, industrial, or building materials sector is highly desirable.

Proven ability to engage and build relationships with large enterprise clients, key accounts, consultants, contractors, developers, and other major industry stakeholders.





Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and develop strategic sales plans.
