Role Overview
As a Tech Lead – Full Stack, you will drive the technical execution of key modules within our flagship
product. You will work closely with architects and product stakeholders to implement scalable, high
performance solutions across frontend, backend, databases, and Azure cloud infrastructure.
This is a hands-on Lead role where you will guide the development team, ensure engineering best
practices, and contribute actively to coding and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned modules using .NET, React, Python,
and Azure PaaS.
Collaborate with Architects to translate high-level designs into detailed technical designs and
implementation plans.
Own code quality, performance optimization,



and technical delivery for the team.
Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend development.
Implement scalable and secure Azure cloud components aligned with defined architecture.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.
Participate in design discussions and provide technical inputs for solution improvements.
Guide and mentor developers within the team, promoting best practices, clean code, and
security standards.
Work closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience
6–8 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical lead or senior
developer role.
Solid expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, microservices, React.js, and Python.
Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs.
