Role Description The Video Editor role at MediaClans is a full-time, in office position based in Nagpur. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, and creating engaging video content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and strategy teams, adding graphics, sound, and effects,



optimizing videos for different platforms, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining project files, and meeting production deadlines for multiple concurrent projects. The Video Editor will contribute ideas to improve storytelling, visual impact, and overall content quality across MediaClans’ client work.
Qualifications
Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools.
Solid skills in visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure, with an eye for composition, color, and sound design.
Experience preparing content for digital platforms (social media, web, OTT), including aspect ratios, formats, and export settings.
