Role Description

The Digital Marketer role at Ethical Den is an in office position based in the Greater Kolkata Area.
The candidate has to support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, Meta Ads, and other online channels.
Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media content, assisting with lead generation activities, monitoring campaign performance,



and preparing basic analytics reports.
The role includes supporting Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, campaign setup, ad performance monitoring, lead generation, and basic campaign optimization.
The role also involves coordinating with the development and training teams to promote services, courses, and events, while maintaining brand consistency. This internship offers hands-on experience with real campaigns, tools, and data in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

The candidates should have 1+ years of experience.
