AI Engineer- Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Summary
We are looking for an AI Engineer / AI Consultant who will work directly with clients to understand their business problems, design AI/automation solutions, and manage delivery end-to-end. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused more on problem-solving, solution design, and ownership than on pure coding.

Technical Skills Required – Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) - Florida
Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, APIs, webhooks and third-party system integrations.
Experience building applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or other LLMs.
Robust understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs and function/tool calling.
Experience building agentic workflows and multi-step AI agents, not just chatbot applications.




Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search and context management.
Ability to design guardrails, validation, human-in-the-loop workflows and hallucination reduction mechanisms.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience integrating AI solutions with databases, enterprise systems, ERPs, CRMs and operational applications.
Working knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Git, CI/CD and production deployment of AI applications.
Ability to take an ambiguous client problem from requirements → prototype → development → integration → production deployment, while balancing accuracy, scalability, security and cost.
