Role Description:
We’re looking for a Business Development & Content Intern who can execute, not just observe. You’ll work closely with the team to grow Bequip’s digital presence and business pipeline — turning our content strategy into consistent social media output while supporting targeted business development. This is a great role for someone who enjoys LinkedIn, Instagram,



business content, research, outreach and getting things shipped on time.

1. Content & Social Media
Create LinkedIn & Instagram carousels based on approved content ideas and brand guidelines.
Edit Reels / short-form videos with robust hooks, pacing, subtitles and appropriate visuals.
Repurpose founder videos, articles and business insights into multiple content formats.
Maintain the content calendar and ensure posts go live on schedule.
Research relevant business, finance, governance, startup and market topics for content.
Track content performance and identify what is getting saves, shares, reach and engagement.
Maintain consistency in Bequip's visual identity and tone.
You should be comfortable with Canva and a video-editing tool such as CapCut/Premiere Pro.
2. Business Development
Research and identify relevant founders, promoters, CXOs, investors and businesses.
