About the Role
mple.ai is looking for a hands-on VP – Brand & Marketing to strengthen our brand,
communication, digital presence, and enterprise marketing initiatives.
The role will work closely with leadership, sales, product, customer success, and demand
generation teams to build a strong and consistent market presence for mple.ai across
industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen mple.ai’s brand positioning and communication across all
channels.
• Develop brand and sales materials and customer communication.
• Build and manage digital assets.
• Plan and execute CXO events, roundtables, webinars, conferences, and industry
engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry bodies, partners, CXO
communities, media, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Drive and maintain thought leadership for mple.ai and its leadership team through
articles, reports, industry insights, executive communication, and professional
platforms.




• Work closely with demand generation teams to develop campaigns, account-specific
communication, content, and sales enablement assets.
• Support product launches, customer success stories, partnerships, and key company
announcements.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all internal and
external touchpoints.
• Track marketing effectiveness, brand engagement, digital performance, and
campaign outcomes.

Must-Have
• Strong enterprise/B2B marketing background.
• B.Tech + MBA from a premier management institution.
• Experience working in a high-growth organization.
• Startup experience is mandatory.
• Solid experience in brand building, corporate communication, content, digital
marketing, and enterprise marketing.
• Experience working closely with CXOs, founders, sales, and product teams.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
