Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales by engaging prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored luxury real estate options. Day-to-day activities include managing lead pipelines, conducting property presentations and site visits, coordinating with internal advisory teams,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role involves building strong client relationships through high-quality communication, negotiation, and follow-through from initial contact to closure and documentation. The Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and inventory strategy. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales, luxury property advisory, or high-value consultative selling.
Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to conduct professional property presentations and handle site visits, documentation, and post-sale follow-up.
Comfort working with CRM tools, lead tracking, and basic sales reporting.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is
