MeraTutor Homie is an AI-powered personalized learning platform designed for K12 and higher education students. Were building the future of smart, self-paced learning through PDF-based interaction, AI tutor assistance, and rich learning analytics for educators and parents. As we expand rapidly, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B and B2C sales efforts in the education space.

Role & Responsibilities

Own and deliver the sales strategy for MeraTutor Homie across school, coaching, and institutional partnerships.
Drive revenue growth through direct B2B/B2C channels and strategic partnerships.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team aligned with quarterly sales targets.
Identify and nurture relationships with decision-makers in schools, coaching institutes, and education networks.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing,



and Customer Success teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities.
Prepare regular sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for leadership review.

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in EdTech SaaS sales (both B2B and B2C preferred).
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
Robust network and experience in selling to schools, educators, coaching institutes, and other academic institutions.
Prior experience in building and managing sales teams with a hands-on leadership style.
Ability to work under high-pressure sales environments with tight timelines.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle in SaaS or subscription-based education products.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools
