What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles,



from understanding hiring requirements to offer closure and joining.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and translate them into a explicit hiring brief.
Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal mobility, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial conversations to assess fit for the role and readiness to move forward in the process.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Drive candidate communication, follow-ups and offer discussions to ensure strong engagement and timely closures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and hiring data in the ATS/HRMS.
Support employer branding initiatives, hiring campaigns and other talent acquisition projects as the organisation scales.
