We are looking for high-performing B2B Sales Development Representatives to support Airtel Africa’s B2B Demand Generation program across Uganda, Nigeria, and Kenya.

? Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential SMB, Mid-Market & Enterprise customers
• Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email & LinkedIn
• Identify and engage key decision-makers such as CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads & Procurement Heads
• Understand customer requirements and qualify business opportunities
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
• Follow up and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve defined KPIs
? What We’re Looking For




✅ 2–5 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation / SDR / BDR / Inside Sales
✅ Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience
✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication
✅ Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach or similar tools
✅ Ability to engage senior-level decision-makers
✅ Robust research, qualification and follow-up skills
✅ Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated approach
⭐ Preferred: Candidates with experience in Telecom, ICT, IT, ISP, Cloud, Data Centre or Enterprise Technology solutions.
