Role Description The Senior Video Editor will lead end-to-end video projects, from interpreting briefs and storyboards to delivering polished, platform-ready content that drives engagement and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage, refining narrative structure, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and graphics, and optimizing videos for various digital platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with content strategists, designers, and performance marketers, providing creative input on concepts,



and maintaining brand consistency across all video outputs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula, requiring regular coordination with in-house teams and participation in production planning.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for digital and social media content.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
Demonstrated ability to translate marketing and sales objectives into compelling video content.
Excellent attention to detail, pacing, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
