Role Description The Team Lead Sales Manager – International Business is a full time, on-site role based in Bhopal.



This role involves leading and mentoring an international sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to drive growth in global markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new export opportunities, managing key international customer accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also requires close collaboration with production, logistics, and finance teams to align supply capabilities with market demand, as well as preparing sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for leadership. The Team Lead Sales Manager will conduct regular training and coaching for team members, ensure compliance with export regulations, and represent the company at international trade fairs, buyer meetings, and industry events as needed.
