Role Summary: We are seeking a energetic and proactive Head – Temporary Staffing to build, lead, and scale our Temp Staffing vertical as a standalone business unit. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, with complete ownership of business development, operations, and profitability.
Key Expectations:
Build & Establish: Set up the Temp Staffing vertical, including processes, systems, and team.
Business Development: Acquire new clients, grow the client base, and expand service offerings.
P&L; Ownership: Drive revenue growth,



ensure cost efficiency, and run the vertical as a profit center.
Operational Leadership: Oversee payroll, compliance, and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
Strategic Growth: Continuously innovate and scale the vertical into a leading business line for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Vertical Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Build, lead, and scale the Temporary Staffing vertical as a profit center with full P&L; responsibility.
2. Client Relations & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding services, payroll matter, MIS & other – as may be needed from time to time.
Coordinate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and ensure compliance with their policies.
