Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Dehradun. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and coordinating interior and furniture integration within project spaces. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, understanding requirements, creating detailed plans and 3D models, and collaborating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed on site.

The role involves overseeing project timelines, conducting site visits, monitoring quality, and resolving design or construction issues as they arise. The Architect will also contribute to material selection,



documentation, and design presentations to support project approvals and smooth execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop functional and aesthetically sound concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural workflows (e.g., integrating design tools, BIM, or digital collaboration platforms).
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with interior and furniture detailing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification, with registration or eligibility for qualified licensure preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work on site with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in interior projects, furniture design coordination, and on-site execution in a studio or firm environment is an advantage.
