We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with strong hands-on expertise in .NET and Azure-based software design and development. The role requires independent ownership of development tasks in an Agile environment and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Review assigned requirements in Azure DevOps (User Stories, Bugs, Tasks, Features) and understand acceptance criteria.

- Participate in kick-off discussions with the Development Lead to clarify scope, expectations, and dependencies.

- Develop solutions using .NET, C#, and Azure services and submit Pull Requests aligned with functional and technical specifications.

- Communicate progress, blockers, and priorities during regular team sync calls.

- Independently troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.

- Work in an Agile development environment, contributing to:
- Code development

- Unit testing

- Code reviews

- Automated functional test authoring

- Testing and deployment activities

- Update task status in Azure DevOps daily and communicate next steps.





Typical Day in the Role

- Review and analyze assigned Azure DevOps work items.

- Attend kick-off or sync calls to clarify requirements and dependencies.

- Develop and test features using .NET and Azure services.

- Raise and resolve issues independently.

- Participate in code reviews and testing activities.

- Update task progress and plan next steps in Azure DevOps.

- 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in:
- .NET 8/9

- C#

- API development

- Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills.

Agile Software Design & Development

- 5+ years of hands-on experience working in Agile development environments.

Azure & Security

- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Azure App Service

- Azure Functions

- Azure Key Vault

- Storage Accounts

- Managed Identities

- Azure security best practices

Telemetry & Monitoring

- 3+ years of experience with:
- OpenTelemetry

- Application Insights

- Azure Monitor

General / Additional

- 1+ year experience with:
- AI-driven applications

- Agent-based design concepts

- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently under strict timelines.

- Clear and skilled formal communication skills.
