- Experience: 8+ years in Appian
- Mandatory: Appian Lead Developer Certification
- Strong Appian Architecture & Infrastructure Architecture

- End-to-end Appian BPM implementation experience
- Robust in Appian Objects, SAIL, Process Models, Records, Integrations & APIs
- REST/SOAP & MuleSoft integration experience

- Appian Plugins experience preferred
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC
- CI/CD: Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub/Bitbucket, SonarQube

- Agile: SAFe/Scrum/Kanban
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
