Mandatory Skills

Extensive experience in implementing and managing APM and Observability Tools (preferably Current Relic).

Strong ability to design and create clear, insightful, and user-friendly dashboards that effectively visualize complex data, making it easy for stakeholders to interpret performance metrics and make informed decisions.

Proficient in configuring, customizing, and onboarding data for APM/Observability tools, ensuring comprehensive monitoring of web and cloud-based applications.

Strong experience in defining, enforcing, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and SLOs to maintain service reliability and availability.

In-depth understanding of application performance metrics, tracing, and the ability to effectively use MELT stack.

Expertise in troubleshooting performance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing performance optimization strategies.

Solid knowledge of distributed systems,



microservices architectures, and cloud technologies(AWS).

Experience with log management and analysis tools such as Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud.

In-depth knowledge of reliability best practices, including designing for fault tolerance, redundancy, and high availability, to ensure the stability and resilience of applications and systems.

Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python for automation and extending APM tool functionality.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
