Role Description The Annual Day Production Team role is a contract,



on-site position based at Sanskriti … The School in Ajmer. Team members collaborate with academic and administrative staff to plan, organize, and execute all aspects of the school’s Annual Day production, including concept development, scheduling, rehearsals, and coordination with students and faculty. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with script and program planning, managing rehearsal logistics, supporting choreography and stage blocking, and coordinating music, costumes, and props.

The role also involves liaising with technical support for sound, lighting, and stage setup, ensuring safety and smooth transitions during rehearsals and the final event. Team members are expected to maintain explicit communication, adhere to timelines, and uphold the school’s standards of discipline, inclusion, and student welfare throughout the production process.
