Key Responsibilities: Location: Bangalore India Start Date: Q2, 2024 • Assisting the NY team on tasks related to investor onboarding, legal entity onboarding and dissolution of entities.

• Approval of new entities in MDM and submitting finance information for entity setup in BX systems.

• Onboarding EINs and bank accounts of entities.

• Saving process documents in relevant folder paths and maintaining the repository.

• Onboard Third Parties and Vendors on systems and maintaining Vendor list.

• Preparing fund structure charts and KYC/AML documents.

• Following business unit/compliance policy for voting proxy shares and saving support documents.

• Preparation of GP Deal Certificates • Prepare quarterly VIE/VOE Consolidation Analysis of BX managed entities.





• Work closely with the multiple teams in NY and consolidating the information or data based on process requirement • Assist NY team on various ad-hoc projects and activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Post Graduate with relevant experience of 2-3 years.

• Ideally has work based exposure to or knowledge of: o Accounting/Audit Functions o Middle/Back Office Operations o Corporate Accounting • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong technical accounting skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Detail oriented • Proactive, eager to learn and must operate with the highest level of integrity.

• Ability to work in a fast paced professional environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines • Effectively work and communicate with members of the team to ensure established deadlines are being met in an effective, accurate and thorough manner • Actively participate and contribute to initiatives that generate greater accuracy in processing efficiencies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required
