Role: People Data Senior Specialist
Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented People Data Senior Specialist to join our team at BP Business Solutions India Private Limited.
This role will be instrumental in leveraging people data to drive strategic insights, improve organizational effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for various HR and people-related data sources.
Conduct in-depth analytical thinking to identify trends, patterns, and insights within people data, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Develop and deliver comprehensive management reporting, dashboards, and presentations to various stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a global perspective.
Apply creativity and innovation to develop new data models, visualizations, and analytical approaches to address evolving business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements, design effective customer service solutions, and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
