? Role Overview
As a Project Delivery & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for transforming client commitments into successful deliveries by building strong execution systems, managing resources effectively, and ensuring every project reaches completion with quality and accountability.
You will work closely with Team Leaders and Management to improve delivery performance, visibility, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

? Own and manage multiple client project portfolios
? Create execution plans, milestones, ownership, and delivery timelines
? Lead Team Leaders and drive accountability across teams
? Monitor project health using status tracking, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans
? Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
? Handle client communication, escalations, and expectation management
? Improve productivity through better resource allocation and process improvements
? Build SOPs, dashboards, review systems, and operational frameworks
? Ensure quality checks, approvals, documentation, and billing readiness
? Control scope changes,

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

✅ 4–7 years of experience in Project Delivery / Operations / IT Services / Agency / Implementation environments
✅ Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
✅ Experience leading Team Leaders or cross-functional teams
✅ Proven ability to recover delayed projects and improve delivery outcomes
✅ Robust understanding of project planning, resource management, and operational processes
✅ Ability to analyse data, identify problems, and make practical decisions
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
