Job Profile Summary
As part of the Wolters Kluwer Health team, the Senior Business Systems Analyst for Medi-Span serves as the primary Product Owner for one Pune Product Engineering team. This role acts as a liaison between Product Management and Engineering, translating business needs into transparent requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities that support successful product delivery.
Working independently with minimal guidance, the Senior Business Systems Analyst applies in-depth business systems analysis knowledge to evaluate requirements, clarify business rules, analyze impacts, and support implementation of product enhancements and operational improvements. The role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technology Program Management, Quality, Content, and other stakeholders to ensure development work is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
This role requires strong analytical skills, business systems analysis expertise, effective stakeholder communication,



and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. The Senior Business Systems Analyst may lead portions of initiatives, act as a resource to colleagues, and support ongoing activities that span multiple delivery cycles.
