Key Accountabilities and challenges
Provide day-to-day support for SAP MDG processes, including data creation, updates, and governance workflows
Act as a point of contact for business users regarding MDG-related queries and issues
Provide guidance on CR creation, approvals, and data governance processes
Collaborate with multi-functional teams such as Procurement, Finance,



and Supplier Support to resolve business-critical issues
Analyze and resolve issues related to Change Requests (CRs), including submission errors and workflow failures
Supervise and fix IDOC failures and integration issues impacting master data processing
Investigate and resolve data-related issues impacting business processes (e.g., payment issues, vendor changes, master data inconsistencies)
Perform root cause analysis using system logs, CR logs, and transaction data
Coordinate with technical teams for sophisticated defect resolution
Support UAT testing
Processes for which accountable:
Individual will handle own workload responsibly, and work with the work allocator to ensure that there is continuity of operations in the event of planned and unplanned absence
