About the Role:
We are looking for a Specialist - Contract Management (Project), who thrives in a high performance and fast paced technical workplace. As a Specialist within the Contract Management (Project) team, you will be responsible for performing all critical tasks, ensuring that our customer receives a great product.
What you'll deliver:
Work to team plan & deliver your tasks on-time & within budget
Evaluate your work progress to the plan and make required course corrections
Receive and Inward new project information and compliance standards in company PDM & ERP system
Prepare project budget - cost, effort(hr) and compliance standard based on agreed scope of work (SOW)
Study customer input and prepare detailed project scope, risk report including propose mitigation actions
Issue commercial clearance to APQP function including project goals, budget, risks and make/buy information
Swiftly resolve clarification request with customer in clear and concise communication
Track project progress across all functions, prepare and submit weekly status to customer
Manage engineering/scope change requests from customer and ensure that it is implemented in all functions
Organise and Conduct stage reviews with all concerned function leaders to ensure project goals are achieved
Prepare technical delivery documents - quality certificates, inspection, calibration reports etc
Provide weekly update to leadership as well as APQP function of project status
Swiftly resolve non-conformance to minimise impact on project objectives
Help fellow team members to deliver their work 'right first time' & 'on time in full'
Understand project goals and objectives and complete your task within budget
Support team member to learn standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices
Follow function's performance and improvement processes in your work
Apply lean & 5S visual work environment principles in your
