Ratni Distributors Pvt. Ltd. is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-292768) specialising in retirement planning for government officers, civil servants, and CPSE employees. We are a small, focused team where every person’s contribution is visible and valued. You will not be fetching coffee — you will be managing real client transactions from Day 1.

Role Purpose
The Operations Intern supports the execution of client transactions on the Mutual Fund Desk. This covers financial transactions (purchases, redemptions, SIPs, switches) and non-financial transactions (nominee updates, bank mandate changes, KYC corrections).



Every transaction must be logged in Zoho CRM with rationale, executed on time, and communicated to the client at each stage. The intern also builds the foundational skills needed to grow into a Relationship Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
A. Transaction Management
● Log every client task in Zoho CRM with clear rationale and a supporting advisory note before execution.
● Send task details to the client for approval before executing any transaction.
● On approval: execute within the prescribed timeline.
● On no response: follow up with the client to resolve the issue.
● On decline: mark the task as “Aborted” or “Completed” as applicable, with a closing note.
B. Client Communication & Execution Support
● Contact clients for OTPs, verifications, and transaction confirmations.
● Guide clients on screen-sharing calls for transactions they must execute at their end (registrations, portal navigation, first-time SIPs).
