Role: Senior Associate, Center of Excellence – Technology Adoption (L4)
Location: Hyderabad, India
Position Summary

The Senior Associate, Technology Adoption supports the planning, successful deployment, adoption and measurement of Global Procurement technology adoption initiatives. This role helps stakeholders adopt digital capabilities across procurement processes by coordinating readiness activities, developing enablement resources, tracking adoption metrics,



and partnering with business and technology teams to improve user experience and value realization.
This role plays a key part in ensuring employees have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to successfully adopt new digital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Adoption Support
Support execution of adoption plans, readiness and implementation activities for Global Procurement digital initiatives.
Coordinate launch preparation for new capabilities, including stakeholder readiness, communications, training logistics, and support materials.
Contribute to change management activities that help procurement users understand, adopt, and sustain recent ways of working.
Training & Enablement
Develop training materials, job aids, FAQs, knowledge articles, and quick-reference guides tailored to procurement users and process needs.
Support end-user training sessions, office hours, and adoption forums in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
