Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning Forecasting
Own demand planning process for the Consumer Product portfolio across all categories.
Analyze market demand signals, sales trends, channel inventory, promotions, and business plans to develop accurate forecasts.
Partner with Sales and Category teams to align short-term, medium-term, and long-term demand plans.
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance forecast accuracy.
Lead monthly demand reviews and consensus forecasting discussions with key stakeholders.
Supply Planning Fulfillment
Manage supply planning and replenishment to ensure optimum product availability across channels.
Ensure timely loading of long-term forecasts and replenishment orders as per planning calendar.
Collaborate closely with AP supply demand and fulfillment teams to secure supply and mitigate shortages.
Proactively identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize business disruption.
Drive achievement of service-level and product
