ABOUT THE ROLE
The Engineering Data Analysis & Reporting Analyst is an individual contributor role responsible for delivering trusted, standardized analytics, reporting, and insights across Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Engineering Operations Services (EOS) domains.
This role enables data-driven decision-making by designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights into operational performance, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.




Reporting to the Engineering Data analysis and Reporting Lead, this role partners closely with Engineering, EHS, EOS, Master Data Management, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise data and analytics strategies. The role will leverage Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Enterprise Data Lake (EDL), Power BI, and Tableau platforms to integrate data, build reporting solutions, and maintain KPI governance standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, maintain, and enhance standardized dashboards, scorecards, and reports supporting EHS and EOS governance, operational performance, compliance monitoring, and business decision-making.
Design and implement interactive reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Fabric to provide actionable business insights.
Integrate and transform data from Enterprise Data Lake (EDL), Databricks, enterprise applications, and
