About Us
We're a growing D2C apparel brand, backed by Vriddhi Enterprises — a garment and textile manufacturing business based in Ludhiana. We design, manufacture, and sell directly to customers, and we're now scaling our presence across marketplaces and social media. If you like owning things end-to-end and seeing your work turn into real sales, this internship is for you.
What You'll Do
E-commerce (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho & other marketplaces)
Create and optimize product listings — titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and keywords
Manage inventory, pricing, and catalog updates across all marketplace accounts
Set up, run, and optimize marketplace ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads) to improve visibility and ROAS
Track listing performance, conversion rates, and ad spend; report weekly on what's working
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions on marketplace platforms
Stay on top of marketplace policy changes, seasonal sales events, and competitor listings
Social Media (Instagram & website)




Plan and execute a content calendar for Instagram and other channels
Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories that reflect current fashion trends
Track engagement and growth metrics, and iterate on what resonates
Support occasional influencer/collab outreach
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (marketing, business, or related field preferred, but not mandatory)
Familiarity with Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, or Meesho Supplier Panel is a strong plus
Comfortable with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
Solid sense of visual aesthetics and awareness of fashion/D2C trends
Data-comfortable — you're fine looking at a spreadsheet of ad metrics and drawing conclusions from it
Self-starter who can own a task from start to finish with minimal hand-holding
Prior internship experience in e-commerce, D2C, or social media management is a bonus
